LJ Leathers is a Belgian brand founded and commercialised in 1999 by Linda De Laet. After a career of more than 10 years as an International groom with experience at the highest level in jumping and operating a leading equestrian shop for 7 years, she is ready for a new challenge after the birth of her daughter.

From her experience as a retailer, she knows that in the leather goods field, there are only more expensive brands on the market at that time. For riders who do not have this big budget, there is not much left but unbranded products that offer no guarantee.

Partly due to her contacts and knowledge gained in previous years, she takes up the plan to develop her own brand, suitable for both the professional and the amateur, who are aware of quality at a fair price.

To this day, LJ Leathers is valued for this reason and you will find our extensive range in selected equestrian shops.

Already from the early years, LJ Leathers also becomes distributor of the French brand in nutritional supplement Equistro. In 2017, Excellence Products, a brand that specialises in hoof care products, was purchased, but in the meantime, this range is being expanded to gain a permanent place among horse care products.

The most important addition to the project is the newest brand "Pro Selected by LJ".

In 2018, a new line of bridles will be developed characterised by quality, with production in Italian leather, appearance and technicality, among others.
